and check out the Related Documents section for details on pass registration and required documents for tenants. For questions about pool passes, please contact email@example.com

The Association's ground maintenance contractor has begun mowing at townhomes that are part of the townhome grounds maintenance program.
Weed Control & Fertilizer Application: Spot Treatments -
- Mowing will occur every 7-14 days (weather permitting) from now through mid-November. During extended periods of rain or drought conditions, cutting will take place as weather conditions dictate.
- String trimming along shrub beds, obstructions, and foundations will be performed at time of mowing. Owners are required to establish a 3-6” weed-free zone around areas that can be damaged by string trimmers, such as A/C units, stucco foundations, fencing, deck posts, steps, or other areas.
- Edging of concrete surfaces (i.e. driveway aprons and sidewalks) will occur every other mow.
- All resulting dirt and debris will be blown from sidewalks after operations.
- Access must be available for back yard mowing.
- Gates must remain unlocked and function properly.
- Personal items such as lawn furniture, toys, hoses, or other items must be removed from lawn and landscape areas before service begins.
The Association’s contractor is returning to perform spot treatments of weed control and fertilizer on specific common areas that were missed or need additional attention beginning on Monday, April 22nd. It will take a few days to inspect and retreat the community. Weather can impact this schedule. Please contact email@example.com

We want to remind residents that approval is required for all natural or man-made exterior decorative objects exceeding 12 inches in height or 18 inches in width or depth, or in quantities greater than two, which were not part of the original construction design as either a standard or optional feature. More information can be found on our website.
Pet Nuisance - Our office has recently received an increase in reports of dog barking disturbances. As stated in Brambleton’s Policy Resolution # 7, the following shall be grounds for complaint and finding of a community nuisance:
- Pets making or causing noises of sufficient volume to interfere with other residents' rest or peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Please be mindful of your neighbors and do not allow your pet to bark for an extended period. Residents are welcome to submit a barking dog complaint on the Loudoun County website. Click here to report general animal related complaints, including feces removal, to Loudoun County. In addition, Loudoun County Animal Control can be reached at 703-777-0406. For emergency complaints after hours, please contact the Sheriff’s Department at 703-777-1021.
Grass and Weeds - The growing season is now underway, and the onset of showers makes grass grow faster than it will later in the season. During some periods of the growing season, mowing will need to occur every 7-10 days. Now is also a great time to add weed control to your lawn. Brambleton’s Property Maintenance Standards state that turf areas and mulched landscape beds are to be kept as weed-free as reasonable. At no time shall weed cover exceed more than 25% of the total turf area or 10% of mulched areas.

Loudoun County reminds parents to be careful when they leave windows open to enjoy warmer temperatures. In recent years, emergency personnel have responded to incidents where small children have fallen after leaning against window screens that gave way. The National Safety Council offers these tips to protect children from window falls:
- Keep windows closed and locked when children are around.
- Only open windows that children cannot access.
- Avoid placing furniture near windows to prevent children from climbing.
- Do not rely on insect screens to prevent a window fall.
- Enforce rules to keep children away from playing near windows or patio doors.
