Government Shutdown: Delayed Assessment Payment & Late Fees Waivers - The BCA Board has approved the waiver of February late fees for single-family attached and detached homeowners who are impacted by the shutdown. If your income has been impacted by the shutdown and you would like to delay payment of your February assessment by 28 days, send an email to by Friday, February 8th to request a Shutdown Assessment Late Fee Waiver.
  • Please include the following information in that email: Owner(s) name(s); Property address; Employer (Department/Agency/Contractor); and an acknowledgement that you will pay the February assessment by Friday, March 1st.
  • This waiver does not apply to Summerfield or Residences owners and their Associations.

  • Resident Services Advisor: Ideal candidates will have significant customer service experience, be self-motivated, and be available to work flexibly and cooperatively in a small office, team-based environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
  • Community Standards Advisor: Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or a related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must.

Wintertime Pond Safety - Brambleton has several ponds located throughout the community. Although frosty ponds may look solid from the edge, it is unsafe to do anything other than enjoy the view since ponds rarely freeze evenly or solidly. Venturing onto a frozen pond puts your life and the lives of first responders at risk. Bram Bus: I Love Beer Brew Tour - Still looking for something to do on Valentine’s Day weekend? Take a trip on the Bram Bus to three Leesburg breweries on Saturday, February 16th from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM! Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased here – transportation only.

Comedy Night - On Saturday, March 2nd, come out for a hilarious night of adult comedy featuring up-and-coming comedians from NYC and DC. Two shows at 7:30 PM and 10 PM. $25 per person and includes the tasty popcorn/candy bar. Get your tickets here!

Brambleton House Hop (aka Roving Dinner) - Come to this annual progressive dinner/scavenger hunt on Saturday, March 9th from 6 PM to midnight. This is the perfect way to meet new people in the neighborhood while having a blast! There are 4 courses total, 3 at residents’ homes, and then we end the night at the Corner Clubhouse for desserts, a DJ, and dancing! Neighborly Considerations at the Bus Stop - When waiting for the school bus, be respectful of the private property around you. Please be conscientious and remember that loud noises and yelling may disturb others whom live near the bus stop. More information on the Loudoun County Noise Ordinance can be found here. Holiday Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying winter holiday decorations has come and gone. Inspections for remaining holiday decorations will commence at the beginning of February. Holiday decorations should be removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. Blasting Operations along Ryan Rd and Pond 9 - Blasting operations are underway and may be felt at times by residents along Ryan Rd between Northstar Blvd and Beaverdam Dr (Sections 29, 31, and Town Center Residential).


Burgerim Now Open - Gourmet burgers are coming to Brambleton today, February 1st with the opening of Burgerim (Brambleton Plaza, Suite #100 – across from the library). Customize your burgers with different buns, toppings, and everything in-between! There are also vegetarian options and a full menu of chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, and more.

Paperbacks & Pastries Book Club - The Paperbacks & Pastries Book Club will meet on Monday, February 11th at 7:30 PM at the Brambleton Library to discuss The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion. New members are always welcome!
