Ad Hoc Technology Community Services Committee to Present Recommendations at a BCA Board Special Meeting on Tuesday, 10/16 - A Special Meeting of Brambleton’s Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, October 16th at 7 PM at the Corner Clubhouse (42255 Palladian Blue Ter) for the purpose of receiving the Ad Hoc Technology Committee’s recommendations and hearing resident input. The Committee has been working for over a year to develop recommendations to the Board regarding BCA’s bulk agreement for internet and cable television programming and will present their recommendations to the Board at this meeting. Save the Date for BCA’s Annual Meeting - The Association will host its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 13th at 7 PM at the Brambleton Corner Clubhouse (42255 Palladian Blue Ter). The purpose of this Annual Meeting is to elect two BCA directors, share Association and community information, and to provide an opportunity after the meeting for residents to ask specific questions of the Association. The Annual Meeting is also a great opportunity for you to meet the current Board members, Association staff, and your neighbors. Information about the online election and the election candidates will be distributed next week, and a meeting notice will be mailed to all Brambleton households later in October. Are You Impacted by Events/Races Held at Legacy Park or the Town Center? - If you are, sign up for Event Impact alerts through our Notify Me service. This category has been established to send out alerts to Brambleton residents who desire notice of non-recurring impacts to streets surrounding Legacy Park and the Brambleton Town Center. Messages sent through this category will alert subscribed residents to events that will impact Legacy Park Dr, Greenside Dr, Olympia Dr, Emberbrook Cir, Willow Creek Way, Soave Dr, and Brambleton Plz. Impacts could include event-related road closures, towing enforcement, amplified music, or other actions that affect adjacent homes. Notices for races, concerts, and festivals will typically be sent through this service; notices for farmers markets, food truck rallies, and programming will not typically be sent.
Blasting Operations in Birchwood - Blasting operations are underway and will continue for approximately the next two months. Blasting may be felt at times by residents living in the southeast corner of the community (Sections 15, 21, 24, and 27).
Active Construction Zones - Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited. Please use caution when traveling near these areas.

Birding Banshee - Join Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and the Friends of Banshee Reeks on Saturday, October 13th from 8 AM to 11 AM for the monthly bird walk at this birding hot spot. Yard Waste Disposal - Yard waste service continues Tuesdays through December. Brambleton Yard Waste stickers are available at the BCA Management Office. These stickers are free to all residents to mark designated yard debris containers. Residents that do not wish to use a dedicated yard debris container may use brown paper bags. The Association's contractor will not pick up yard debris in other styles of bags. Yard waste is not to be placed out on days other than Tuesday. Please refer to the website for guidelines regarding the proper disposal of yard waste.
Mailbox Maintenance Reminders - Mailboxes are to be maintained in accordance with BCA’s Property Maintenance Standards. Black boxes and posts within the community can easily be refreshed and maintained with a can of black satin finish spray paint. For replacement parts for black mailboxes, contact Main Street Mailboxes at 571-379-8454. For the Gulick, weathered bronze mailboxes, contact Mailbox & Signs Solutions at 407-366-6565 or firstname.lastname@example.org. USPS maintains the cluster boxes serving townhomes in the community.
Clotheslines/Wind Drying Devices - During recent community-wide inspections, it was noted that several residents are hanging laundry items outside to dry. Per the Design Guidelines, clotheslines or any similar apparatus for exterior drying of clothes are prohibited. Please refrain from using deck or porch railings to dry laundry outside your home. Loudoun County Voter Registration Deadline is 10/15 - Loudoun County will hold a General Election on Tuesday, November 6th for the purpose of voting for members of the US Senate and House of Representatives, Virginia Constitutional Amendments, and Loudoun County Bond Questions.
