Legacy Park Sand Volleyball Court - The sand volleyball court project has been completed. Two benches and a woodchip trail have been installed, and the surrounding grounds have been graded and sodded. This area will be watered several times a day, resulting in soft and easily damaged turf. Please use caution when accessing the court or running after the ball.

Sand Volleyball Court Rules and Parking - The BCA Board recently adopted rules for court usage. The rules can be viewed on our website, and a sign will be posted in the next week or two. When parking at the court, please park on the west side (side closest to the court) of Parkview Dr and Greenside Dr. Parkview Dr is a narrow street, and parking on both sides significantly impacts traffic flow. The newly installed woodchip trail located off Parkview Dr provides access to the court. Legacy Park Dr will be used by the adjacent neighbors, tennis players, and other park users.

Signs may be posted up to 30 days prior to a pending election and must be removed no later than five days after the election. Additional information on all temporary signage guidelines can be found here.

Parking Considerations - BCA regularly receives inquiries about parking in the community. Brambleton’s Board of Directors has established a vehicle policy, and county parking ordinances are enforced by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. We encourage residents to consider how parking impacts their neighbors, and we offer the following suggestions to be more neighborly:

  • Use your garage and driveway as a first option rather than parking on the street or in open visitor spaces.
  • Allow some distance when parking near a driveway. Parking too close to or opposite a driveway can make it difficult for residents to navigate around your car.
  • While an overflow of guests can lead to parking up and down a street, encourage guests to use the space in front of your house first.
  • Understand that you do not own the public parking spot in front of your house and it is first come, first served.
The following should be reported to LCSO for enforcement:
  • Parking across sidewalks or blocking sidewalk ramps
  • Parking close to stop signs, intersections, or fire hydrants
  • Expired tags/inspection stickers, illegal parking, and abandoned or suspicious vehicles

The LCSO non-emergency number is 703-777-1021. Contact if you have questions or need more information.
