  • Resident Services Administrator: Ideal candidates will have significant customer service experience, be self-motivated, and be available to work flexibly and cooperatively in a small office, team-based environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. This position is full-time and offers an entry-level salary with benefits.

Legacy Park Court Maintenance - Legacy Park tennis and basketball courts will be closed for maintenance through Wednesday, June 27th. This schedule is weather dependent. Courts will be repaired, resurfaced, and color coated. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

Sand Volleyball Court - The Association will begin construction on a sand volleyball court in Legacy Park just east of the tennis courts. Work will begin in late June and should be completed by mid-July. This project includes leveling of the existing site, installation of the court with wood borders and 160 tons of white sand, drainage, landscaping, and site amenities. Questions pertaining to this project can be emailed to

Brambleton Pools - Summer is here at Brambleton's pools! Find all of the pool information you need, including pool hours and pool pass registration details, at You can also subscribe to the “Pools” list on our Notify Me page for notifications on unplanned pool closures lasting longer than 1 hour. If you have pool-related questions, please contact or 703-542-6263.

Pool Access - Residents are reminded that they need to show a current Brambleton Pool Pass to gain access to all BCA pools. In the rare occurrence that a pass is forgotten, lifeguards can look up individuals in the BCA system. However, this should not become standard practice as it slows down the check-in process. Individuals without passes who are also not in the system will be denied access to the pools, or they will be required to use the guest pass of an accompanying resident.


Bond Release Activity - Bond release work is currently being performed in Section 24. This section is experiencing concrete break and replacement work; this may impact ingress and egress of driveways. Residents will be notified by the developer's contractor if they are affected by this work.

Blasting Operations in Birchwood
 - Blasting operations are underway and will continue for approximately the next four months. Blasting may be felt at times by residents living in the southeast corner of the community (Sections 15, 21, 24, and 27).

Active Construction Zones Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited. Please use caution when traveling near these areas.


Brambleton Programming Survey - Please take a moment to complete this programming survey as we look to enhance our program offerings to Brambleton residents. This survey is intended to gather general information to help guide us through the selection process. New programs coming this month include Weight Watchers and FIT4MOM, and we hope to add even more new programming this fall.

Sizzlin' Summer Concert Series - Our 2018 Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series kicks off with Super Bueno on Thursday, June 28th from 7 to 9 PM! This free event is located on the western end of Legacy Park. Gates open at 6 PM.

  • Red White & BRAM Wristbands: Skip the line and purchase your wristbands in advance for Red White & BRAM at the Summer Concert on Thursday, June 28th! Tickets are $5 each, and wristband sales are card only at the concert. If you have purchased tailgate spots, you can pick up wristbands and load-in directions at this time as well.

Teen Late Night Swim - Rising 6th - 12th graders are invited to our Teen Late Night Swim at Beacon Crest Pool on Friday, June 29th from 8 to 10 PM! Pool passes are required, and guest passes are allowed for up to four guests per household.

Red White & BRAM - This year’s Red White & BRAM Tailgate Party will take place on Saturday, June 30th from 6 to 10 PM. The festival includes a laser light show, food trucks, live music, backyard games, glitter tattoos, a water slide, water balloon battles, rounds of golf, frozen drinks, beer, wine, and more! Safe Sitter Course - We are hosting Safe Sitter courses on Saturday, July 14th and Saturday, August 11th from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Brambleton Community Center. This course is sponsored by beat4LifeCPR and open to Brambleton residents only. RSVP at to reserve your spot in either class today!


Food Truck Rally - EatLoCo's Food Truck Rally is now underway in Brambleton! This rally takes place every other Thursday from 5 to 8 PM, and the next rally will take place on Thursday, July 5th. Summer at the EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace - Enjoy great summer offerings at the EatLoCo Brambleton Marketplace! Come to the corner of Legacy Park and Olympia Dr every Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM to support local farmer and artisan vendors. FOBL Fundraiser - Support Friends of the Brambleton Library through your purchases at Ashburn’s Barnes & Noble on Saturday, June 23rd from 2 to 6 PM! Mention FOBL to your cashier and a percentage of proceeds will be donated to them. Online purchases through June 23rd will also support FOBL when you use the Bookfair ID code 12373940.

Christmas in July - Save the date for the Christmas in July Community Give Back Day! This resident-sponsored community event hosted in part by Girl Scout Troop 3512 takes place on July 14th from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Corner Clubhouse. Shop local vendors, fill a shoebox for children in need, and bring a can of food for the Dulles South Food Pantry!


Improper Storage of Play Equipment - BCA would like to share a friendly reminder that portable play equipment that is easily transportable by one person, such as soccer nets, bikes, or scooters, must be stored out of view of neighboring properties when not in use. Additional guidelines for play equipment can be found here. Commercial Vehicles - BCA would like to remind residents that parking commercial vehicles in a visible location within Brambleton, other than on a temporary and non-recurring basis, is not permitted, per our Vehicle Policy Resolution and our Declaration (Article 8.2 (n) Vehicles). Dinosaurs Rock Brambleton, Rain or Shine! - Celebrate the opening of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom today with a family-friendly dinosaur museum experience from 2 PM to 4 PM. This event has moved to the lobby of Fox Cinemas due to the forecast. Visit the Dinosaurs Rock exhibit for life-size and genuine dinosaur fossils, hands-on activities (like a fossil dig), raffles, and more!

Parking Updates in the Brambleton Town Center - Effective Sunday, July 1st, 15 minute parking only signs will be installed along the retail side of Brambleton Plaza. This will allow quick access for visitors and tenants at the store fronts.

Regal Summer Movie Express - Keep the kids entertained this summer with the 10-week Regal Summer Movie Express. Every Tuesday & Wednesday through August 22nd, you’ll find kid-friendly classics at 10 AM at Regal Fox Cinemas for only $1 each! A portion of the proceeds goes to the Will Rogers Institute.

Route 7-659 Interchange Project - The second phase of work on the Route 7-569 interchange project will begin this weekend, weather permitting. This phase will open the southeast ramp and spur allowing traffic to access Route 7 eastbound from Belmont Ridge Rd north and south. Traffic detours from Route 7 westbound will remain in effect, and the work is expected to take about 30 days to complete. Click here for more information.

Dulles South Public Safety Center Open House - Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and Loudoun County Fire and Rescue will host their 11th Annual Dulles South Public Safety Center Open House on Saturday, June 23rd from 11 AM to 2 PM. Residents are encouraged to attend and meet Sheriff Mike Chapman, take guided tours of the facility, and participate in LCSO and LCFR activities. Visit the event page for more information.

Transit Summit - The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors will hold a Transit Summit on Monday, June 25th at 6 PM in the Board Room of the Loudoun County Government Center (1 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg). Representatives of the Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure, the Transit Advisory Board, and the Disability Services Board will provide updates to the Board on transit-related matters. Dulles Direct Town Hall Meeting - Dulles District Supervisor Matt Letourneau will hold a town hall meeting on Tuesday, June 26th at 7 PM in the Rock Ridge High School auditorium to discuss the Silver District West land use project and provide other County updates. Click here for more information.

Public Workshops on Dulles Airport Noise Study - The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is currently working on updating the Dulles International Airport noise contour maps in order to help guide land use compatibility planning in the region. Two public workshops are being held to provide details on this effort. The first workshop will be held on Wednesday, June 27th at the Dulles International Airport Office Building (45045 Aviation Dr, Sterling) from 6 to 8 PM, and the second workshop will be held on Thursday, June 28th at Rock Ridge High School from 6 to 8 PM. Have Unused Medication to Dispose Of? - Through partnership with the Loudoun County Health Department, BCA is able to provide Medication Disposal System bags as a resource for our residents to conveniently dispose of any leftover medications in a simple 3-step process. Just add water, seal, and toss in the trash. If you would like a bag, please come by the BCA management office during business hours to pick one up. You may also find resources for proper disposal of unused medications at the Dulles South Public Safety Center and at Inova Loudoun Hospital.
