BCA 101 - WednesdayDecember 6th, from 6:00-7:30 PM. Drop by the Welcome Center for the final quarterly meet & greet. These sessions are designed to be informal and provide an opportunity for residents to stop in and meet staff, ask questions, and share suggestions.  

Check Your Mailbox: 2018 Coupon Books are Arriving - Coupon books have been mailed to all owners not currently enrolled in Direct Debit. Details regarding the various payment methods available can be found here. Owners using their personal bank for online bill paying services need to update their payment amounts to align with the new assessment rate for 2018 prior to January 1, 2018. BCA’s Assessment Collection Policy states that assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month. Late charges will be applied for payment not received by the 10th of each month. Please contact or 703-542-6263 for questions or more information.  


Construction Activity Ongoing - Blasting is pending in the land area recently cleared west of Belmont Ridge Road between Franklin Benjamin Terrace and Myan Gold Drive. Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Please note that access through or inside active construction areas is prohibited.


Winter Wonderland - Saturday, December 2nd, from 1:00-5:00 PM, in the Brambleton Town Center. We will have roaming characters, a craft station, games, carolers, and much more! Santa will be coming to visit as well; bring your own camera to take a picture with the Big Guy. For more information, please visit our event page.

Salvation Army Angel Tree - If you wish to participate in buying gifts for local children in need this holiday, please stop by the Welcome Center to pick up an angel tag from the Salvation Army Angel Tree. Please note that the gifts are due back to Brambleton by Tuesday, December 5th.

Kids Craft for INOVA Children’s Hospital
 - Brambleton Community Association will be collecting No-Sew Blankets to be donated to INOVA Children's Hospital. You and your family can make blankets for a child and drop them off at the HOA office by Thursday, December 14th. Click here for instructions and more details.

American Red Cross Blood Drive
 - Girl Scout Troop 2477 and Brambleton Community Association are sponsoring an American Red Cross Blood Drive at the Brambleton Corner Clubhouse on Saturday, December 16th, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Call 1-800-RED-CROSS or visit and search sponsor "Girl Scout Troop 2477" to schedule an appointment.


Holiday Wish List - Rappaport Management Company is partnering with Mobile Hope of Loudoun to collect Holiday Wish List items during this year’s Winter Wonderland event on Saturday, December 2nd. There will be a box for cash donations as well. The donation list can be found here, and more information will be posted on Rappaport’s Facebook page.

Ashburn Cares Toy Collection - In conjunction with The Rotary Club of Ashburn, Ashburn Cares will be collecting toys to be donated to It Takes a Village Baby! These toys will be distributed to those less fortunate than ourselves, along with diapers that will be purchased with a generous grant from The Rotary Club. Donations of new or very gently used toys may be dropped off at the Brambleton Town Center Welcome Center until 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 7th. Cub Scout Annual Food Drive - Cub Scout Pack 1500's 2017 Scouting for Food Drive collected 2332 pounds of non-perishable food items, which is an increase of over 11% from 2016! Thank you to all Brambleton residents who participated in this year’s drive.


Design Review Meeting Date Change - Due to the busy holidays, the next meeting for Design Review will be on Monday, December 18th, 2017. Applications can be submitted via email to To have your application reviewed for accuracy prior to the meeting, please submit your application to the association by Wednesday, December 13th, 2017. Leaf Removal Reminders - Leaves are blowing throughout Brambleton this time of year. Collection and proper disposal of leaves is an ongoing task and takes a coordinated effort from everyone. Please be reminded of the following:

  • The Association will continue to perform leaf removal on the common areas through the end of the year.
  • Dumping or intentionally blowing large amounts of leaves from residential lots onto the common areas/natural areas is prohibited.
  • Republic Services will collect and recycle your leaves on Tuesdays when placed in paper bags or dedicated “yard debris” containers.

Suzanne Eaton Christmas Tree Lot - The tree lot has returned to the Brambleton Town Center along Emberbrook Circle. Proceeds benefit the Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation. Visit Facebook for their hours and tree selection.

Santa’s Holiday Coalition Run - The Arcola Volunteer Fire Department, on behalf of the Loudoun Holiday Coalition, will be collecting items for those less fortunate this holiday season on Sunday, December 3rd. Brambleton is partnering with Arcola VFD to provide special SANTA STOPS where you can personally give Santa your donation, beginning at 6:30 PM. Visit our event page for a map and more information.

LCSO Holiday Safety Tips - As the holiday season approaches, the Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance. There is an increase in package larcenies from door steps. Planning ahead can help to limit thefts from occurring. Consider some of the alternative delivery methods below:
  • Use in store delivery and pick up at the store, request that your package be delivered to the Post Office, or if possible, have packages delivered to your place of work.
  • Utilize package delivery points such as Amazon Locker, UPS, or other similar service providers.
  • Track your package and have someone home the day of delivery, or
  • Request a friend to collect your package if you will not be at home.
Contact the Sheriff’s Office if you observe suspicious behavior, such as a vehicle following a delivery truck or a vehicle collecting boxes. Report emergencies to 911. To report non-urgent matters, use the online service at or the 24/7 non-emergency line at (703) 777-1021.


Youth Public Service Announcement Contest 2017 - Loudoun middle and high school-aged youth are invited to develop and produce a PSA focused on the prevention of youth suicide and the promotion of mental health awareness.
