Asphalt Maintenance Starting August 7th - Asphalt maintenance on several private BCA streets and alleys in Sections 12, 15-17, and 19, as well as the trail along the north side of Ryan Road (see map and street list), is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 7th.  The asphalt maintenance will include seal coating, to be followed by re-striping of the fire lanes, parking space lines, and stop bars. Roads may be closed for up to 24 hours to allow for seal coating, and trash service will be impacted on those roads affected.  Visit www.brambletonhoa/asphalt for more detailed information and to see how these repairs may impact you and what you can do to prepare.

Weed Control Application Scheduled – The Association’s grounds maintenance contractor will be performing another round of turf weed control starting the week of August 7th and will take nearly two weeks to treat the entire community.  This liquid treatment is being applied to address broadleaf weeds and nutsedge on common areas and townhomes with association-provided maintenance.  For more information on the make-up of this round, please contact Dave Rusch, Manager of Facilities and Grounds at

Motorized Recreational Vehicles on Common Areas - The Association has seen increasing concerns and incidents regarding motorized dirt bikes, go-carts, ATVs, and golf carts being driven on trails, sidewalks, common areas, and in construction sites.  These types of vehicles and use are prohibited.  This includes all gas and electric motorized vehicles with manufacture rated speeds of 15 mph or greater.  These types of vehicles are also not permitted on VDOT or BCA streets.

Construction Activity Ongoing – Blasting is ongoing in the area south of the Town Center.  Blasts are typically preceded by a series of short warning sounds, and steps will be taken to reduce any negative impact on residents. Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited. Please click here for more information.
