Dogs Off Leash
 - There have been several concerns of residents observing pet owners allowing their dogs to run freely, off leash, especially around parks and ponds. This is not only against Loudoun County’s ordinances and Brambleton’s governing Documents but is dangerous. Not only are the dogs not in the direct control of the owners but can run out onto ponds that are not completely frozen or onto neighboring Lots and private property. Please leash your dogs when out in Common Areas in Brambleton. To read more about the Ordinance and Brambleton’s Pet Policy, visit our website or contact our covenants team

Securing Trash - Our office recently received a resident concern about constantly finding wind-blown debris on her property. They reported finding everything from bank statements to used food containers and unfortunately, even more unpleasant items. BCA encourages all residents to take an extra moment or two, especially on windy days, to make the effort to be sure that all waste is secured. Place trash in bags and inside trash containers with the lids secured. Recycling should only be placed in containers with fitted lids. Please contact the covenants team if you have any questions or need more information.
