BCA Update - Spring/Summer

The 2017 Mowing Season Begins

Our grounds maintenance contractor, Heritage Landscape Services (HLS), will begin mowing of the common area parcels, VDOT right-of-ways (r-o-w), and townhomes with BCA grounds maintenance.  HLS will be inspecting the entire community and spot mowing throughout the week of April 3rd.  Next week they will perform a full mowing of all parcels, lots, and r-o-w.  Townhome owners with BCA grounds maintenance services are reminded to bring pets inside, remove personal items, and have their fence gates unlocked and in good operating condition (if applicable) before mowing begins.  The full scope of the Townhome Grounds Maintenance Program can be viewed on the BCA website.

Mulching Continues:  HLS will also continue its spring cleanup and mulching operations as they start to mow the community.  These tasks will be performed simultaneously by multiple crews.  Currently, all townhome lots south of Ryan Road have been completed. Remaining townhome lots north of Ryan Road and common area parcels throughout the community will be mulched during April.  The goal is to have mulch completed by the end of April.
All questions or concerns throughout the season can be directed to the Association’s Facilities & Grounds Manager, Dave Rusch, at Dave.Rusch@Brambleton.org; or they can be sent through the BCA website Request Tracker under “Submit a Request” on the home page.
