Weed Control Application - BCA will be performing the first round of fertilizer with weed control starting the week of March 6th. The weed control composition is designed to suppress crabgrass and most of our common broadleaf weeds as a pre-emergent. The fertilizer will help jump start our turf areas out of their winter state, promoting quicker green-up. This will be applied to both our common areas as well as our townhouse sections in the community. This will be a liquid application, so please wait until it dries to venture back out onto the turf. Once we have fully completed this round of treatment, we will remove the large application signs from the community. For more information, please contact Dave Rusch at

BCA Seeking Covenants Advisor - Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of service-focused work history in community association management or related field, a detailed and organized approach to work, and be professional and self-motivated.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also a must. Birchwood at Brambleton – The Developer has begun construction activity on their active adult community.  Access through or in active construction areas is prohibited.  Be sure not to access the adjacent pond through this area.  Please use caution when traveling Creighton Road between the commuter lot and Loudoun County Parkway.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon.  In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 3/6/17, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Pet Waste Removal - Please be a considerate neighbor and pick up your pet’s waste.  Removal of pet waste is part of our Pet Policy as well as a Loudoun County Ordinance, whether on your property or in a common area. More information can be found here. Please contact with questions.

Design Review Meeting Scheduled for March 13, 2017

  • Applications may be submitted up to 5:00 PM on March 13, 2017 in the office or in the drop box outside the office door before 9:00 AM, March 13th, or
