Winter Weather Is On The Way – Got snow questions?  Visit the Association's website for details about about BCA’s Winter Storm Management Plan, a Street List which identifies which organization is responsible for clearing each street, and Resident Snow Removal Responsibilities.

Holiday Office Closures - The BCA Management Office will be closed from Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th for Christmas.  The office will reopen at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, December 27th.

2017 Assessment Coupon Books Have Been Mailed - via US Mail to all owners not currently enrolled in Direct Debit. For owners already enrolled in Direct Debit, the assessment payments will automatically adjust to the new rate.  Owners that are not enrolled in Direct Debit are reminded to update their assessment payment to the new assessment rates for 2017 prior to January 1st, 2017.  Contact with questions.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Unless otherwise specified, work may include asphalt repair, concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon. In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 12/19/16, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

Blanket Drive Extended! - BCA and Brambleton Kids Care are collecting no-sew blankets to be donated to patients at INOVA Children's Hospital.  You can drop off your blankets at the BCA Office until 5:00 PM on December 20th.  Get more info here.

Neighbors in Need – For teens looking to help neighbors, BCA is launching a program to directly benefit the elderly, disabled, and families of deployed military within our community.  More info here.

Young Adult Book Club Meeting - December 20th, 6:30 PM at Peet's Coffee.  Books can be borrowed at the BCA Office.  Get more information here.

Pet Waste Removal - Please be a considerate neighbor and pick up your pet’s waste.  Removal of pet waste is part of our Pet Policy as well as a Loudoun County Ordinance, whether on your property or in a common area. More information can be found here. Please contact with questions.


UPS Extended Hours - The UPS Store will be open from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 18th.  Stop in now to pick up your White House Christmas ornament!

Suzanne Eaton Christmas Tree Lot – Open daily 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM through December 24th.  Free delivery to Brambleton residents!  Proceeds go to the Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation.

Bella Ballerina - Nutcracker themed, one-day dance camps will be offered during holiday break.  These are perfect for Sugarplum fairies between the ages of 3 - 9 and run from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM for $32.

Road Work to Cause Lane Closures - Revisions are being implemented to assist motorists with lane selection when approaching the intersection at northbound Belmont Ridge Road. Learn more here
