2017 Assessments:
Action Required By Owners Using Online Payment Methods

Beginning on January 1, 2017, the recently adopted 2017 Assessment Rates will be in effect.  Owners that use an online bill-paying service to pay assessments need to update payment amounts to the new assessment rates for 2017 prior to January 1st, 2017. This applies to both private bank services and to PayLease users. 

It is important to note that when using any online payment service, processing time may take up to 72 hours. In Brambleton, assessment payments are due on the first day of each month, and a late fee is assessed if payment is not received by the 10th day of the month.  To avoid late fees, it is recommended to align payments with the due date of the 1st, not the end of the grace period on the 10th.
