BCA Office Hours - The BCA Management Office will open late at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 6th.

2017 Budget & Assessment Rates Are Effective 1/1/2017 – Owners are reminded to take action to ensure that their monthly payment amount aligns with the new assessment rates in time for their January 2017 payment.  Find the 2017 Assessment rates and payment options on the community website.  Contact with questions. 
2017 Coupon Books Will Be Mailed - to all owners not currently enrolled in Direct Debit in mid-December. Please note that there are two forms of automatic payment methods available to residents.  Direct Debit requires sign up with FSR and automatically deducts the correct assessment amount from a designated bank account.  Paylease is a third-party payment service, much like Paypal, assessment account information is not maintained by Payleas; residents create private account and must update their payments to align with the new assessment rate.  Contact with questions.

Brambleton’s Developer Continues to Perform Bond Release Activity Throughout the Community - Unless otherwise specified, work may include asphalt repair, concrete marking, break and repair; marking, or digging and installation of street lights. Work typically begins in the early morning and is complete by the early afternoon. In addition to the ongoing development in the community, for the week of 12/05/16, bond release activity may occur in the following sections (see site map for locations):

  • Section 18
  • Section 29

BCA Collecting Blankets - BCA and Brambleton Kids Care no-sew blankets to be donated to patients at INOVA Children's Hospital.  Drop off your blankets at at tomorrow's Open House or at the BCA office through December 16th.  More info here.

Santa's Holiday Coalition Tour - December 4th, 6:00 PM.  Greet Santa and the Arcola Fire Department as they stop throughout Brambleton collecting toys and more to deliver to the less fortunate.  Click here to see stops and arrival times.

UPS Extended Hours - The UPS Store will be open to assist you with your holiday shipping needs from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 4th, 11th, and 18th.

GlamourEYEz for the Holidays - December 3rd, 11:00 AM. InSight Eye Optique invites you to an event featuring Lafont and Etnia Barcelona Eyewear. Stop by for styling, holiday festivities, and more.  

Winter Wonderland - December 10, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.  Get in the holiday spirit and join us at the Town Center’s Winter Wonderland event for DJ entertainment, roaming characters, kids' crafts, hot cocoa and more.

Food Drive at Nick’s Taverna - through December 20th.  Donations will benefit Loudoun Hunger Relief.  Receive a raffle ticket for each item donated for a chance to win a $200 Amazon gift card.
