Phase One: Reopening of Parks & Amenities
The reopening of Brambleton’s recreational amenities and facilities is essential to the community’s health and enjoyment, but it is also important to keep health and safety a priority. In coordination with Phase One, the following BCA facilities will reopen on Friday, May 29th, no later than 12:00pm.
- Basketball Courts
- Tennis Courts
- Volleyball Courts
- Creighton West Dog Park
These facilities are open with the understanding that all owners,
residents, and their guests use these amenities at their own risk.
The Association plans to open the following facilities as part of Phase Two:
- Pools with occupancy restrictions
- Playgrounds and tot lots
- Clubhouse rentals – Maximum occupancy of 50
While our community is reopening, it is still safer to stay at home. Please be aware that owners, residents, and their guests are using all BCA facilities and amenities at their own risk. The reopening of the facilities and amenities will come with physical/social distancing, hygiene, and sanitizing requirements.
- Physical distance of a minimum of 6’
- Avoid groups
- Avoid highly used or touched surfaces and equipment
- Wash/sanitize hands frequently
- Avoid touching your face
- Face coverings and masks strongly are encouraged
Re-closure of these facilities could occur if residents do not adhere to required COVID-19 safety practices, or if there is a spike in COVID-19 cases. Please do your part in following CDC and VDH recommendations and requirements.
Are you ready for the pools when, and if, they open this summer?
Access to our pools requires a valid pool pass or Bram Life Pass. If you and/or your family needs passes, please apply for your pass today.
