BCA Office Closing at 12 PM Today - The BCA Management Office will close today, April 30 at 12 PM for a Staff Development session. The office will reopen on Monday, May 3 at 9 AM.
BCA Tennis & Basketball Court Rules - BCA asks that residents follow established rules when using tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts in the community. Click here for a full list of rules and regulations. Questions and concerns can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Luis Rosado Tennis Academy has created a 4-hour tennis day camp on no-school Mondays starting on May 3. Campers will be grouped based on their age and skill levels (6-8 kids per coach). This is a great opportunity for kids to be outdoors and learn to play tennis as part of a healthy, active lifestyle. Online registration is open here

Temporary Above-Ground Pools - In response to COVID-19-related limited capacity and social distancing guidelines in place at Brambleton pools for the 2021 season, the BCA Board of Directors and the Covenants Committee are extending the use of temporary above-ground pools under certain guidelines through October 2021. These guidelines can be found here. This will likely be the final summer season for this exception. Please contact the Community Standards department with any questions.Tree Care Reminders -
- Please remember the application submission deadline is 5 PM on Wednesday, May 5, the Wednesday prior to the Covenants Committee Meeting. Any application that is incomplete or submitted past the deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled Covenants Committee meeting.
- If you have any questions regarding the design review process or guidelines, please visit the website or call 703-542-6263.
- Residents interested in attending virtually need to register here by 5 PM on the day of the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be sent to confirmed residents who register.
BCA would like to remind residents that tree pruning/landscaping inspections are currently being conducted throughout the community. Residents are reminded that they are responsible for maintaining trees and bushes on their property. These responsibilities include:
- Trimming/pruning trees to a minimum of 8 feet above the sidewalk to allow for free, unobstructed passage on the sidewalk;
- Maintaining all trees and landscaping within the scale of the property;
- Removing tree stakes which have been in place for more than one year; and
- Removing dead plant material promptly and planning for required replacements.

.Loudoun COVID-19 Testing Events - Loudoun County will continue to hold free, drive-thru COVID-19 testing events at multiple locations on Tuesdays through May. People who plan to attend are encouraged to complete a registration form prior to arrival. Testing events are open to all with no prescriptions or appointments necessary. Loudoun County Transit has launched a new mobile app called “Transit” which provides all updates regarding impacts to Loudoun bus services.
