2023 Election: A Call for BCA Board Candidates

Update: The 2023 Call for Candidates period is now closed.

BCA is seeking candidates to run for election to the Board of Directors. This year's election will fill one open seat on the Board for a one-year term.

Residents interested in running need to complete a Nominating Petition & Candidate Profile and turn it in at the BCA Management Office by no later than Friday, September 22 at 5:00 p.m. This document can also be found under Related Documents.

Residents who have served on an Association committee or other board position or have an interest in serving the community typically make great candidates for a HOA board position.

Board Responsibilities & Duties

The Board of Directors consists of five resident directors and two directors appointed by the Developer. The Board regularly meets every even month, and meetings typically last approximately two hours. The time and frequency of meetings may change with the new Board.

The Board is responsible for the overall governance of the Association. Significant actions taken by the Board in the last year include adopting the 2023-27 Strategic Plan and establishing the Airport Impact Executive Committee.
