COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Comprehensive Lot Inspections Starting in September - Staff will be conducting comprehensive inspections beginning Wednesday, September 4th in Sections 11, 15, and 16. More information regarding comprehensive inspections can be found here. If you have any questions, please call 703-542-6263 or email communitystandards@brambleton.org.

Blocking Roadways for Play is Not Safe - BCA regularly receives concerns about community roadways being blocked off for play activity. The Association, VDOT, and Loudoun County do not condone street play and advise concerned residents to first approach the neighbors involved to directly resolve the concern. For unresolved concerns, we recommend contacting the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency number (703-777-1021). Placement of personal "Children at Play" signs in roadways or common areas is also discouraged, as they have been shown to create a false sense of security.

Dogs Off Leash - Please remember that in Loudoun County, dogs are not permitted to roam free without a leash, and pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. To report concerns, contact Loudoun County Animal ControlBrambleton’s Policy Resolution #7, Pet Policies, outlines both the grounds for complaint and finding of a community nuisance as well as the procedures for solving pet problems. To discuss your concern with an Association team member, please contact communitystandards@brambleton.org.
