BCA Board Election: Call for Candidates Closes on 9/22/23 - The Call for Candidates period for the 2023 BCA Board of Directors Election is currently open. Owners and tenants are invited to run to fill one open seat on the Board with a term of one year. Please visit our Call for Candidates page for a Nominating Petition and the election timeline. The nominating period will close on Friday, September 22 at 5 PM.
- As a Director on the BCA Board, you are expected to attend 6-10 meetings per year to discuss, review, and make governance decisions on matters affecting all Brambleton residents. Specific requirements and duties for Board Members can be found in the Association’s Governing Documents.
- Residents interested in running for the Board are encouraged to schedule a meeting with General Manager Rick Stone to discuss the position’s responsibilities and commitment details. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to schedule a meeting or have questions pertaining to the open Board position or the election itself.
Asphalt Maintenance Begins 9/25/23 - BCA will begin asphalt maintenance work on Monday, September 25. Work will occur in Sections 24, 29, 31, and Town Center South and is expected to continue through Wednesday, October 3 (weather permitting). We will be using a green technology to complete this process. Roads may be closed for up to 12 hours, and minor inconveniences can be expected. Northstar & Creighton Bridge Work - Renovation work is currently occurring on the covered bridge located at the intersection of Northstar Blvd and Creighton Rd. Work is anticipated to be completed next week. The bridge is closed during this time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.

Campout: Scavenger Hunt & More - New this year for Neighborhood Campout, enjoy a mobile scavenger hunt in Legacy Park on Saturday, September 23 from 3:30 to 6:30 PM! You don’t need to be a camper to participate. Just download the Goosechase app and use the code X4LV5P to play. Come to the BCA tent to pick up any earned prizes! National Good Neighbor Day - This year’s National Good Neighbor Day celebration takes place on Thursday, September 28 in Legacy Park! Brambleton residents are invited from 4 to 7 PM to enjoy FREE hot dogs and chips, a DJ, petting zoo, free giveaways, and more! Plan Ahead! Submit Design Review Applications by 9/29/23 - The next Covenants Committee Meeting will be held on Monday, October 9 at the BCA Management Office. We encourage homeowners to submit Design Review Applications as early as possible to ensure there is adequate time for review and to obtain any needed supporting documentation prior to the deadline. Applications and supporting documentation should be emailed in PDF format to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please remember the application submission deadline is 9 AM on Friday, September 29, ten days prior to the Covenants Committee meeting. Any application that is incomplete or submitted past the deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting.

How to Report Public Street Light Outages - BCA conducts community-wide street light inspections. However, residents are also encouraged to report street light outages to their respective utility company which is responsible for the operation of these street light fixtures. Loudoun Tick & Lyme Disease Awareness - Three common tick species in our area can transmit disease. Tick activity is seasonal, with higher tick activity from April through September. Remember to check yourself often for ticks and remove any that you find as soon as possible.
