Brambleton Waterfall Operations - Brambleton is known for its two waterfalls located in the community. BCA has recently been asked by the Developer to prepare to take on the operation and maintenance of these waterfalls. The Association is currently working with the Developer to understand existing conditions, needed repairs, and operating costs for the waterfalls and associated features. We will likely perform additional evaluations to gain a full understanding of their condition and budgetary impact. BCA is committed to a transparent process and will provide opportunities for residents to share feedback. Future updates will be provided in the Friday Flash and at www.brambletonhoa.com.
