COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Beat the Spring Rush When Planning a Project! - Our governing documents require that BCA approves all proposed exterior modifications which need an application before any work is started. Membership in a community association requires compliance with pre-existing conditions and regulations. One of the biggest advantages of these conditions is the protection of property values. The value of your home is directly related to the condition and aesthetics of our entire community.
- The Design Review Application, Procedures, and Guidelines can be found on our website.
- Completed applications can be scanned and emailed in PDF format (recommended) or mailed to the BCA Management Office. Any application that is incomplete or submitted past the deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled Covenants Committee Meeting.
- If you have any questions, please contact the Community Standards department.
Gutter Extension Reminder - BCA approval is not required for downspout extensions which are buried in such a manner to adequately manage runoff and do not impact the drainage on adjoining properties and open spaces, including common areas. All drainage must terminate within your property line. Above-ground extensions of downspouts are not permitted. More information regarding BCA Design Guidelines can be found here. The Design Review Application and FAQs can be found here. Please contact the Community Standards department with any questions.
