Shutter Maintenance: Inspections Begin on 2/21/23 - BCA would like to share a friendly reminder that proactive, community-wide shutter inspections will begin on Tuesday, February 21 in support of BCA’s Property Maintenance Standards and Shutters Guidelines. The primary focus will be inspecting for shutters that are missing, broken, mismatched, or faded. As a reminder, if you wish to change the color of your shutters, the submission of a Design Review Application and approval by the Covenants Committee is necessary prior to conducting any work. Please contact the Community Standards department with any questions.

Bike Donation Drive - Do you have a used bike that you would like to get rid of? BCA is partnering with Loudoun County Public Schools and Maverick Bikes & Café to host a Bike Donation Drive on Saturday, March 11 from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Community Center. Bikes will be donated to deserving elementary-aged students. Visit www.brambletonhoa.com/bikedrive for more information.
Rosé & Skin Soirée - The Virginia Institute for Surgical Arts will host a FREE Rosé & Skin Soirée event on Thursday, March 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Community Center. Girls on the Run: Spring Registration Open - Registration is now open here for the Spring 2023 session of Girls on the Run! This session will begin in the week of March 6. Visit their website for more program details.
Luis Rosado Tennis Academy - Registration is open for LRTA tennis classes in Brambleton! Classes start on Sunday, February 26. Brambleton residents receive discounted “Resident/Membership” prices. Soccer Shots - The spring season of Soccer Shots starts on Saturday, March 18. A variety of sessions take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Creighton Playfield. Visit their website to register today!
Loudoun Improv - Loudoun Improv has scheduled a Brambleton improv teaching workshop on Saturday, April 1. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Common Area Encroachment - Residents are reminded that per Brambleton’s Declaration, exclusive use of common areas is not permitted. Examples include:
- Changes to common areas without prior written approval from the Association.
- Storage of personal items or equipment in common areas, including items like woodpiles, play equipment, and sheds.
- Mulching, installing plant material, and cutting naturalized areas.
- Dumping or placing materials such as leaves, grass clippings, or construction materials.
To remedy encroachments on common areas, BCA will take appropriate enforcement action. This may include assessments for the cost of removal or restoration, additional charges, or other sanctions permitted by BCA’s governing documents or law. Please contact the Community Standards department with any questions or to report a concern.

LCAS Low-Cost Clinics - Loudoun County Animal Services will host low-cost rabies vaccination and microchip clinics on Tuesday, February 14 from 9 to 11 AM at their Leesburg location (42225 Adoption Dr). These are walk-in clinics with no appointments needed. Cats and dogs over 12 weeks of age are welcome to attend. More information can be found here.
Hanson Park Adult Sports - Team registration is open here for adult sport leagues and tournaments at Hal & Berni Hanson Regional Park! Sports offered include kickball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee.
