Holiday Lights & Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that holiday lights and decorations should be removed no later than 14 days after the holiday. Please remove any holiday lights and decorations if you have not already done so. Inspections for remaining holiday lights and decorations will commence today, January 20. Please contact the Community Standards department with any questions.
Woolsey Park Playground: Resident Input Requested - BCA is requesting resident input on improvement of the Woolsey Park playground located on Woolsey Dr (south of Frontier Dr). BCA is considering replacing the tot lot due to aging play equipment and installing a trail for better access to the playground. Trail Bridge Replacement: Stratford Landing Dr - BCA has received an update from the Brambleton Developer regarding the trail bridge located near Birchwood Lake and behind Stratford Landing Dr. The project contractor experienced significant delays receiving steel beams for bridge construction. They are hoping to have the project completed in late January/early February. Please do not access the area during this time. Please email operations@brambleton.org with any questions.

Shadow Golf Coming Soon - Shadow Golf provides the best indoor golf training to get your swing started off right for the coming season. This four-week series kicks off on Tuesday, January 31 and is designed for any level of golfer (men and women) to groove in the proper fundamentals through neuropathway programming. Engineering for Kids NOVA - BCA and Engineering for Kids NOVA are excited to host a new engineering workshop for kids ages 5-7. Plan Ahead! Submit Design Review Applications Early - The next Covenants Committee Meeting will be held on Monday, February 13 at the BCA Management Office. We encourage homeowners to submit design review applications as early as possible to ensure there is adequate time for review and to obtain any needed supporting documentation prior to the deadline. Applications and supporting documentation should be emailed in PDF format to designreview@brambleton.org.
- Please remember the application submission deadline is 9 AM on Monday, February 6, one week prior to the Covenants Committee meeting. Any application that is incomplete or submitted past the deadline will be reviewed at the next scheduled Covenants Committee meeting. Read our special message for more information.

Segment of Arcola Mills Dr to Close Permanently on 2/1/23 - On Wednesday, February 1, Loudoun County will permanently close a 700-foot segment of Arcola Mills Dr to through traffic between Evergreen Mills Rd and Belmont Ridge Rd. This closure is being made in advance of the County’s project to extend Northstar Blvd from Evergreen Mills Rd to Route 50. More information can be found here and at loudoun.gov/northstarphase1.
