Mulching landscape beds is one of the best defenses in preventing weeds from growing out of control. Consider applying a
weed preventer under the mulch for extended control. More information and tips on how to get your lawn on a simple weed free schedule can be found
here. Please contact the Community Standards
department with any questions.
Time to Mow! - Taking a summer vacation? Remember to schedule lawn mowing service! BCA reminds residents to review the
Property Maintenance Standards which include the requirement that all turf areas on a lot must be kept neatly mowed, trimmed, and edged to a consistent height. Turf may not be permitted to exceed six inches in height at any time. Turf areas are to be kept as weed-free as possible. At no time shall weed cover exceed more than 25% of the total turf area. Proactive inspections for compliance with these standards are ongoing throughout the community. Please contact the Community Standards
