COMMUNITY STANDARDSBeat the Spring Rush When Planning a Project! - Our governing documents
require that BCA approves all proposed exterior modifications which need an application before any work is started. Membership in a community association requires compliance with pre-existing conditions and regulations. One of the biggest advantages of these conditions is the protection of property values. The value of your home is directly related to the condition and aesthetics of our entire community.
- Design Review Applications can be found on our website. Please allow 3-6 weeks to complete the application process.
- Completed applications can be scanned and emailed in PDF format (recommended) or mailed to the BCA Management Office.
- If you have any questions, please contact the Community Standards department.
Holiday Decorations - This is a friendly reminder that the period for displaying winter holiday lights to express support for healthcare personnel ended on January 31. Inspections for remaining holiday lights and decorations are currently ongoing. Please contact the Community Standards
department with any questions.
