BCA SPOTLIGHTBCA Office Closed for Presidents' Day -
The BCA Management Office will close today at 5 PM and remain closed through Monday, February 17th in observance of Presidents' Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, February 18th at 9 AM.Brambleton House Hop - Last weekend to sign up! Come to this annual progressive dinner/scavenger hunt on Saturday, February 22nd from 6 PM to midnight. This is the perfect way to meet new people in the neighborhood while having a blast! .Gutter Extension Reminder -
BCA approval is required for all downspout extensions, which must be buried in such a manner to adequately manage runoff and not impact the drainage on adjoining properties and open spaces, including common areas. All drainage must terminate within your property line. Above-ground extensions of downspouts are not permitted. More information regarding Brambleton Design Guidelines can be found here

on Saturday, February 29th from 10 AM to 9 PM and Sunday, March 1st from 1 to 4 PM. FOBL will collect donated books at the library on February 24-28 from 10 AM to 9 PM each day. A pre-sale opportunity for $20 admission will be held on Friday, February 28th from 5 to 9 PM as well.
