All BCA Committees will be meeting virtually through Zoom over the next few months in order to convene safely during the COVID-19 outbreak. Those interested in attending upcoming Financial Advisory Committee Zoom meetings can register here. Residents must register by 5 PM on the meeting date in order to attend. The Financial Advisory Committee serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. The primary responsibility of the Committee is to review financial reports and audits, consider and monitor investments, review & recommend funding for capital projects, and develop & recommend financial policies/resolutions to the Board.
Residents serve on the committee in accordance with the Committee Charter, and the Committee typically meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Any changes to the meeting schedule are published as soon as practical.
Meetings are held at the Brambleton Management Office located within the Town Center. There is an open forum period at each meeting for residents to address the committee and all meetings are open to Brambleton residents to attend.
