Fall Yard Sale: September 30, 2017. 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
The Yard Sale is located throughout Brambleton and at the Community Center off of Regal Wood Dr.
There are two ways to participate as a seller:
1. FROM YOUR HOME - If you would like your home added to the list of homes participating please register using the link above. Once you register your address will be included in the list of participating homes that will be available on our website, Facebook page, Friday Flash and handed out at the Community Center the day of the event. You do not have to register to participate, you are welcome to have a yard sale without registering.
2. AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER - If you would like to have a spot at the Community Center please register using the link above. Choose which spot you want from the map attached to the sign-up and enter your information. Spots are chosen on a first come, first served basis. Each spot costs $10 and includes 2 parking stalls to display your items. You can purchase more than one spot if necessary. You will be allowed to set up as early as 6:30am and cars need to be parked no later than 7:45am. You will receive spot assignments the week of the yard sale. After registration please bring in or mail your registration fee to the HOA office or we you can pay at the Community Center upon arrival.
IF WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE - Cancellations will be announced as soon as possible. Please follow us on Facebook and/or sign up for Notify Me which will send you an alert. You are allowed to have your yard sale if we cancel, our cancellation will only directly affect the people signed up at the Community Center. We will try and repeat the yard sale within the next few weeks of a cancellation.
