Election Update: The 2023 Board Election has concluded. Brambleton resident Steve Smith has been elected to serve a one-year term on the Board. Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's election!

The 2023 BCA Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election will be held on Tuesday, November 14. This year's election will fill one seat on the Board for a one-year term.

How to Vote


An Annual Meeting notice was emailed to all Brambleton owners on Friday, October 13 from notices@getquorum.com. This notice contains a registration link to attend the meeting, an electronic proxy with voting access, voting instructions, and a draft agenda. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive this notice in your inbox.

Owners without an email on record will receive the meeting notice in the mail. If you would like to provide your email address directly, request a paper proxy, or have any election-related questions, please contact elections@brambleton.org or (703) 542-6263.

Owners in good standing can submit their vote by proxy before the Annual Meeting or by ballot at the meeting. Both methods of voting can be completed either online or by paper. Online proxy voting is the most convenient and preferred method. Online proxy voting closes on Monday, November 13 at 5:00 p.m. Live voting will open the following evening (11/14) during the Annual Meeting. Board Responsibilities & Duties


The Board of Directors consists of five elected resident directors and two directors appointed by the Developer. The Board is responsible for the overall governance of the Association. Significant actions taken by the Board in the last year include adopting the 2023-27 Strategic Plan and establishing the Airport Impact Executive Committee.
